Seeing Firsthand

I came to a Sunday morning service years ago looking for answers in dealing with my anger. I left that service literally feeling like I was walking on a cloud. I knew that I had found something special.

When I decided to deepen my practice, I asked for guidance and enrolled in a “practice period.” I found the structure I was craving and the friends to help me.

Later, I decided to deepen my practice further by entering the Matreiya Buddhist Seminary training programs and have been rewarded more than words can express.

Anyone can read a book and get an idea of what it’s trying to express. But being in the programs, you see the dharma in practice firsthand.

This is where I am at in this very moment.
